The Latest Law To Help Your Creditors Out!
Bankruptcy Reform...As if the average person does not have enough problems!

How the new bankruptcy law changes affect you

"The worst element of the bill is that it is going to force a lot of people deeper into debt."
- Senator Dick Durbin, D-IL.

The new bankruptcy law changes have been passed by President Bush April 20th, 2005. In six months, when the law

goes into effect, it will be much harder to wipe out medical bills, credit card debt, car loans and other debt. Instead, the new laws push for more Chapter 13 filings which will require repayment schedules shouldering you with debt for years to come. In addition, required credit counseling courses and increased court costs will mean even more financial burden on you!
