 SERVICE INFORMATION FROM START TO FINISH! If you don't read the information in this CLIENT SECTION your chances of getting fast results have just been decreased by half! Take time to go through this data. 1. You should have received a notification "OVERVIEW" from us confirming your enrollment and letting you know specific information about your account with Credit Clean such as your account number. This section of the website is password protected so please keep the information confidential. Make sure to send a response back to us so we know you received the Overview and can confirm that we have your correct email address. Make sure to clear all Credit Clean email by approving anything that comes from CreditClean.Com. We do not spam you and only use email as a reliable way to get information to you and to find out information we may need. We keep all email on file as this helps us remember who you are and what concerns we are dealing with. Make sure you go to: CONSUMER RIGHTS and submit that you have read your rights, if you have not done so already from the overview page. We must have this as it is required by the Federal Trade Commission. 2. If your information such as address or email changes you must let us know immediately by going to: CLIENT UPDATE FORM and filling in the information to send to us. This is important as we need to prove a new address to the credit bureaus if you move. This means we may never see a report again or the reports will be delayed causing delays with your work and wasted time. If your email changes we won't be able to get important email to you. If you finish our program and need to come back to us for help in the future the method to do so is very simple just go to: CLIENT RESTART past clients get top priority. 3. You have a Priority Packet on it's way to you. In this packet there is a copy of our Credit Power Book. The book gives you a lot of useful information ... many clients keep the book for future reference now and after the credit work is done. There will also be envelopes for both mailing your reports to us and for payments. There will be other documentation that you can keep for your information. We also send a free gift of some type ... it is normally something useful and handy so we hope you enjoy it. 4. Please read the all information on this page, other pages can be read at your leisure. THE DON'T LIST: Please don't pay any of your accounts late from here on out. If paying us means you can't pay something else call us and we put a hold on your account to get you through the period of time. Pay the debt first it is most important. Having a new late payment could set us back with our work and hurt your chances of getting loans and other needed items. It is in your best interest to be careful and NOT pay anything late.
Please don't apply for any type of credit during this process until you have cleared this with your counselor. Applying for credit adds an inquiry, inquiries drop your credit scores and false readings can be had when a creditor is checking your credit while we have a dispute lodged with the credit bureaus. This is not affecting our work this is affecting your credit so please contact us prior to doing any type of applications. If you are denied the credit all you have done is add another useless inquiry.
Don't fax credit reports, we end up with missing pages, important information is cut off due to the formatting of some reports, unreadable print and numbers (account numbers are the most important part of our work). Faxing credit reports wastes time so please send them in the envelopes we provide for you in the start up packet or use your own envelopes but do always mail reports to us as soon as you can. Normally when you get one updated report you will get the others within a few days so you can wait then mail them all together. Don't wait more than a few days though. Send anything you get from a credit bureau even if it doesn't look important. All form letters from credit bureau can be faxed.
Don't pay Credit Clean payments late, if you have to pay late please let your counselor know or your account could be put on hold. We are not trying to be cruel but no payment means we have no money to work with in your account and this may also be perceived by the payment processing dept that you are finished with the service. Our payments are on an honor system as you have the invoices.
Don't pull credit scores or credit reports until you confirm with your counselor. Credit Scores pulled during a dispute process will not be accurate and you will have wasted your money and time. The rule of thumb is if you have your reports in hand then you can check your credit scores. One other rule is that you should never check scores through a business if you have to check your scores do it online at one of the places we recommend at: Credit Scores these places will not add an inquiry or damage your credit in any way. NOTE: When obtaining a credit score you should go directly to each credit bureau to get the score as it will be the only real time score all others will be third party scores which means they could be 30 to 60 days behind the real score.
Your credit clean up is one investment that pays itself back for the rest of your life. The money you save on just ONE point of interest on one loan is tremendous and you usually make back your investment in this service with just one payment on a mortgage loan. This is one service where we all win so take it seriously this will net you more than stocks and a 401k. We would like to let you know that you are LEGALLY allowed to get help with your credit reports and problems. You may get letters from credit bureaus that seem to state the contrary. If you were not allowed to get help then there would be no such law as the CROA (Credit Repair Organization Act). This act is the guidelines credit repair companies are to follow when helping people with credit problems. We just feel it important you know this upfront then you won’t be swayed by what the bureaus try to do to cause you to stop getting help. You can find more about these letters at the section for CREDIT BUREAU FORM LETTERS. THE DO LIST: Do Send any an all credit reports. Send anything you get from a credit bureau no matter how trivial it seems. Without these letters and reports you file sits in the inactive file until we get something from you. Make this your top priority.

Do watch for email from your counselor.
Do try to email your counselor rather than call as calls interrupt the work your counselor is doing and there is no way for a counselor to remember each conversation whereas email is kept in your file for future reference.
Do check in to the CREDIT MONITORING PROGRAM. It is a less costly way to remain a client with Credit Clean for a year at a time and it offers you quarterly monitoring of your reports so you don't have to worry about your credit again.
EVERYTHING BELOW THIS LINE IS THE OUTLINE OF STEPS OF CREDIT CLEAN'S CREDIT REPAIR PROGRAM: Step One: You have filled out the forms Step Two: You have sent PROOF and made a Payment Step Three: Your counselor has sent you an overview Step Four: You should have gone to the CONSUMER RIGHTS FORM and submitted Step Five: You should read information in the client section (here) Step Six: You should be looking for a priority packet in the mail Step Seven: You will be looking for credit reports in the mail if you had none to submit to us when you started. (usually takes about a week to get these) Step Eight: Once we get reports in you will be sent an evaluation via email. Step Nine: Once the evaluation is sent back to your counselor, research work will be done on each account and formatted challenges will be sent to each credit bureau. Step Ten: In about 45 days you should again receive reports. These are UPDATED CREDIT REPORTS and will show the changes that were made with your first round of challenges made by your counselor. Don't be concerned if everything negative was not removed this takes at least three rounds of challenges to get desired results. Just make sure to send the reports. You may receive some type of CREDIT BUREAU FORM LETTER. We call these stall letters or letters to make you think you can't get help with your credit. Make sure we get these types of things too. Step Eleven: When the updated reports are sent to your counselor the remaining negative information will be re assessed and a new round of challenges will be sent. This is the process until your work is finished. If reports don't come for an extended period of time after you have sent the updated reports to us ... please notify your counselor.
