Information About Your Credit Reports

Once you become a client you will either have sent reports when you started the service or we are ordering reports for you.  If we are ordering your credit reports then they should arrive to the address you have given us proof of, within approximately ten days.  Please watch for the reports and send them to us as soon as you get them.  After this first set of reports are received each set of reports after those will be UPDATED CREDIT REPORTS and those should be sent to us as soon as possible too.

Credit Reports will come to you about once every thirty to forty five days.  Don't wait longer than four days after receiving reports to send them in.  If there are missing reports we will handle it. If you don't send reports we won't know your status and it delays work on your files.

Just remember if it comes from a Credit Bureau it needs to be sent to us. We will provide enough envelopes in your priority packet to get you started sending things.

MUST SEND CREDIT REPORTS & INFORMATION SENT FROM A CREDIT BUREAU TO CREDIT CLEAN AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.  MAIL REPORTS, FAX ANYTHING ELSE.  DO NOT FAX CREDIT REPORTS WE CANNOT READ THEM.  WE HAVE PROVIDED YOU WITH ENVELOPES TO MAIL YOUR REPORTS BACK TO US ... PLEASE USE THEM.  THANK YOU.
