| Duty 1 | You must send any and all correspondence that you receive from a credit bureau to Credit Clean. This includes but is not limited to: All Credit Reports, Form Letters or anything no matter how trivial it may sound to you. All information is important and will help us help you. We supply you with envelopes and other material to help make this task easy. | | Duty 2 | You must notify us if you move and or change your mailing address. If you move and we are not notified we may never see your credit reports again. The credit bureau do not forward credit reports as a rule and we must notify them of your new address. You would then have to send new proof of your new address as soon as possible. If you change email addresses we also need to know as a lot of information is updated to you via email if at all possible. Client Update is an easy online way of notifying us of any changes... please use it. |

Proof Needed:
A. You need TWO proof of Address (for both people if this is a joint account)
B. You need ONE proof of social security (one for each person if this is a joint account)
C. You need One proof of name (one for each person if this is a joint account)
A. We need proof of your name (both names for joint accounts) The proof that can be used is: Driver's License, Pay Stub, Marriage Certificate or any official document if a driver's license is not available.
B. We need proof of your address for (both people if joint account) The proof that can be used is: Driver's License, Major Credit Statement, Voided Check, State I.D., Utility Bills, Lease Agreement or other official document.
C. We need proof of your social security number (both social numbers if joint account) The proof that can be used is: Social Security Card, Pay Stub or Filed Tax Returns.
NOTE: We should have a copy of your driver's license if you have one it is the best proof of name and age, plus if the address is correct it covers one of the two items you will need to send as proof of address.
