TERMS & CONDITIONS OF CREDIT MONITORING PROGRAM 1. This agreement is between "Client" and "Credit Clean". Client will be known as the named person on this form and Credit Clean will be DBA of WebHead Ventures, Inc. 532 Bridle Path Way, Tarpon Springs, FL 34688 a Florida Corp. 2. Credit Clean agrees to monitor client credit reports from Equifax, Trans Union and Experian credit reporting agencies. Credit Monitoring is described in its’ entirety below but in a nutshell we will send challenges/disputes to credit bureaus concerning negative information. Keep client’s name, addresses and other personal data up to date. Keep inquiries down to a minimum and check to see how a client can get a better score by doing certain things before buying a big-ticket item such as a home or car. We will warn client if any unusual activity shows up on a credit report. We will also warn client if any derogatory information shows up on a credit report and challenge any of these items in order to keep credit reports clean. We will update client each monitoring session. The total cost per year per person is only $225 and we give you the same attention you received in any other of our credit services only not as intense. In detail the credit monitoring is as follows: 3. Gold Credit Monitoring Program: This monitoring of reports consists of quarterly monitoring during the following months: January, April, July, and October in other words four times a year starting the month closer to your sign up date. For example if you start the monitoring program in March then you first session will be April, then July, October and January. The month you start the Credit Monitoring Program will be the Month of the next year you will renew. We will remind you of your renewal date in advance. 4. While in the Credit Monitoring program "Client" must send all credit reports to Credit Clean as soon as possible. Client must also send any form letters or other things credit bureaus send out. Credit Clean cannot do the next monitoring session with accuracy if client does not send the information that is sent by the credit bureaus. It is "Client's" responsibility to make sure that reports get to us prior to the next monitoring session or our only option will be to repeat the same work done for the previous credit monitoring session. Client must also NOTIFY Credit Clean of any changes in address, phone numbers or email addresses and it must be done as soon as possible. Proof of new address must be sent if client moves during the service. 5. Credit Monitoring is a service that is provided to any Credit Clean client past or present and the fees charged for this service are based on the fact that client has been a part of a Credit Clean Program. Only those who have used Credit Clean Services are allowed to use this particular monitoring program and as such pay much less than someone who has never used a Credit Clean Service. 6. Any monitoring program listed here will include: (a) Quarterly monitoring of Equifax, Trans Union and Experian credit reports for one full year. (b) Updates of said reports and status at the beginning or end of each monitoring session. (c) Dispute/challenges of any negative or derogatory data reporting on any of the above named credit reports. (d) General updating of client information in the event information has changed during the monitoring sessions. (e) Priority support for the entire year of the monitoring service. (f) Access to Credit Clean's Client section and advice about credit issues as long as you remain in the credit monitoring program. 7. The purpose of these monitoring programs is to clean up any left over bad information from the above name credit bureaus. To keep client information up to date. To warn client of any unusual activity on above named credit reports. To warn client of any derogatory information that may have been added to any credit report. Credit Monitoring is to protect your credit from changes that affect your credit scores negatively it is not primarily to get lingering bad credit off your credit reports. We want the credit reports to stay clean once they are clean. 8. Credit Clean does not guarantee any results from this monitoring program as required by law. Credit Clean has had fantastic results for clients who have used this program in the past and we have saved clients thousands of dollars in just interest rate savings alone. 9. This program is not a specific "Credit Repair Service" however, by law we must tell you that you can do this work yourself and do not need to hire a company to do it for you. Credit Clean acts as your assistant during this service and there is little a client has to do in this service. This is the entire scope of the credit monitoring service.
