Client Security While Using A Credit Clean Service:
Credit Clean keeps all client credit reports and files under lock and key. Only those who work for Credit Clean can have access to any personal files. Most of Credit Clean's employees have been here for over ten years and are very dedicated and trustworthy. Credit Clean is BONDED to protect you in case our business were to fail. No outside party is ever given any client information; EVER. Credit Clean does not share your information with anyone other than you unless you have given us an INFORMATION RELEASE FORM so please do not have anyone call who we do not have permission to speak with. This includes Mortgage Brokers or anyone who is working on a loan for you. We MUST have a release form to give any information. Once your client status is inactive we destroy all information we have in your file. The only information we keep on file for a period of two years is the application when you joined the service. By law we must keep a copy of certain parts of the application. After the two years this is destroyed as well. We will have your name and basic information in our computer base if you need to re start the service later on down the road so we will always know who you are and what we had done for you in the past.
Online Security For Purchases or Payments:
Credit Clean uses Pay Pal a top online payment processing company. Pay Pal uses every security means available to protect your information. Click if you need to know more about security at PAY PAL SECURITY.
E-Mail Security:
We use secure email but email is only as secure as the computer it leaves and comes in to. All email addresses are kept totally private and used only by Credit Clean and it's employees. We do suggest that you use the form within Credit Clean's Contact area to send email that may contain CONFIDENTIAL or SENSITIVE information for extra security.
Personal Information Security:
All personal information given to Credit Clean or it's employees is kept in strict confidence. No information is given to a third party other than Credit Bureaus, Creditors and Collection Agencies for the purpose of cleaning up credit reports and credit problems. Your personal information is used for no other reason than to help clean up and restore your credit.
