By using this form to submit your questions you counselor will receive your inquiry immediately and you will get a response usually within minutes to an hour of sending your questions. Phone calls put us at a disadvantage because while you are trying to find out information we have to resort to searching and finding your client file then finding the answer to your questions. This puts a strain on us and our assistants who have to do this a lot of the time if your counselor is busy. This also costs you time and money while waiting on hold. We want to keep all information you tell us in one place "IN YOUR FILE". If we have this in email it is very simple to do. When you discuss something with your counselor or counselor's assistant this information can easily be forgotten causing delays in your work.
