You can also view and updated TRANS UNION & EXPERIAN REPORT This is an actual copy of the front page to a Equifax updated credit report. We have erased all personal information about this client for obvious reasons. What this Equifax update is showing is the results of the challenges Credit Clean made on this particular credit file. If you notice there are three deleted accounts out of seven challenged accounts. Four accounts were verified as accurate according to Equifax. There are four items that show VERIFIED AS ACCURATE they all will be re disputed or challenged. Not all negative items are removed with one challenge or dispute. There are seven challenged items showing results; however, this does not mean that the report only had seven negative items. We cannot send in tons of challenged items at one time as the credit bureaus will either ignore the challenges and not send back an update or they may ignore some of what was challenged because of the amount of challenges sent. We try and stay under ten challenges per dispute round. In this case the client's report only had seven negative items left so they were all challenged at one time. We still have to deal with four negative accounts so another round of disputes/challenges will be sent to Equifax. Each round of disputes sent should result in an updated report from Trans Union just like the one below. The entire credit report will be attached to this update in most cases. This page is the most important page since it shows what was changed from the work we had done in the previous month. NOTE: this is a scanned copy of a report and you can see how hard it is to read this and we enhanced the scan when it was copied. Faxed copies of your credit reports are almost impossible to read. This is why we ask you not to fax credit reports. If we mess up one number on the account it is a useless challenge as the bureaus will ignore it if the account number is inaccurate ... their response will be "Account Not On Report". AS YOU CAN SEE THIS REPORT IS VERY HARD TO READ THIS IS THE REASON WE DON'T WANT YOU TO FAX THESE REPORTS. IT IS BEST TO SIMPLY STICK THEM IN THE ENVELOPES WE PROVIDED FOR YOU AND MAIL THEM TO US. ----------------------------------This is a Copy Of A Real Update Credit Report---------------------- 
----------------------------------------------end of credit report----------------------------------------- When an account has been deleted from a credit report the account is removed from the report and does not show in your credit file. Deleted is the best result to get on updated credit reports. Each item deleted can give you as much as 50 points on your credit scores and the higher the credit scores the better your credit is.
